01 / PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website and commercial inquiries, including inquiries from Canada and the United States.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, country, business email, phone number, delivery destination, product requirements, and correspondence. Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access times to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare quotations, arrange supply and delivery, maintain business records, protect our services, and meet legal obligations. We seek consent where required and limit collection, use, and disclosure to reasonable business purposes. Providing an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with providers that support communications, hosting, shipping, and professional services when needed for those purposes, or when disclosure is required or permitted by law. We do not use inquiry information for unrelated advertising. Contact us for information about the providers involved in your inquiry.
Email, WhatsApp, and external services
The quotation form sends your inquiry through our website mail service when you select Send. WhatsApp links open a separate service. Those providers handle information under their own policies. We also load web fonts from Google Fonts; font requests disclose technical information, such as your IP address, to that provider. External links, maps, and remotely hosted resources may disclose technical information to their providers when opened or loaded.
Cookies and browser choices
The current website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser and external services may use their own storage or cookies. You can manage cookies through browser settings. This site does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. If our tracking practices change, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
Processing outside Canada
Communications and service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries, where local laws may permit access by courts or authorities. Contact our privacy contact below for information about foreign service providers and our policies regarding processing outside Canada.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including contractual, accounting, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent, or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons. Depending on your US state and whether its privacy law applies to us, additional rights may include a copy of your data, portability, appeal, or opting out of specified uses. Where applicable law provides it, you may exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination. We may verify your identity before responding. We will explain any lawful limits on a request. You may also raise a concern with the applicable privacy regulator, including the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
Children and changes to this policy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. We will post policy updates on this page with a revised date and provide further notice or obtain consent when required.

Terms & Conditions
Using this website
This website provides general information about our business and products. Use it lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious content, or misuse another person's information. If you submit a business inquiry, you must be authorized to do so and provide accurate information.
Quotations and product specifications
Website descriptions, specifications, photographs, and availability are indicative and may change by crop year and lot. An inquiry or website listing is not an accepted order or binding offer. Price, grade, quantity, moisture, packing, delivery, payment, inspection, and other commercial terms must be confirmed in a written quotation and accepted contract. That contract prevails over general website information.
Intellectual property and third-party links
Website text, branding, and original materials belong to 1318982 Alberta Ltd. or their respective owners and licensors. You may view and use information for legitimate business inquiries; other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms. A link does not guarantee their content or availability.
Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but the website is provided as available and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties concerning the website and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes obligations under an accepted commercial contract.
Governing law and updates
These website terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. Unless a separate contract provides otherwise, disputes concerning the website may be brought before the competent courts of Alberta. We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively; check the date when using the website.
